Digital Products

All products sold by Emberwell Designs are supplied digitally. No physical items will be shipped.

Once your purchase is complete, your digital files will be made available for download.

Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not generally offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind once downloading or access to the digital content has begun, where the applicable legal requirements for loss of cancellation rights have been met.

For customers entitled to a statutory cancellation period, those rights remain in place unless they have been validly waived in accordance with applicable law.

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
